Trouble downloading video directly to the iPad? Search and download on a computer. Transfer media by saving to Google Drive to access on the iPad.
Transferring music:
Use a computer to download a music file/song. This will likely be an mp3 or m4a. Save the music to Google Drive.From Google Drive, click the 3 dots > send a copy.
Option 1: Open in iMovie > Select your movie.
Option 2: Open in iCloud Drive. This will allow access in iMovie

Garageband is a great, easy choice for music.
1. Keep track of all media links. Make a slide at the end of your movie and list those links.
2. Insert the Fair Use slide.
