CMS Historical Fiction: Survey/Google Presentation

*Must have preapproval to complete this project

*Students must be willing to meet with Mrs. Hazlett (CMS) or Miss Kuzma (LMS) outside of class to learn how to create Google Surveys.

Choose a theme or concept connected to the book and is also relevant to CMS/LMS SURVEY
Include 10-13 questions that are teacher approved.
ONE of your survey questions may be open ended.

Poll at least 30 people.

PRESENTATION

• Introduction slide: Survey purpose and why this information was important
• Overview slide: How many people were surveyed and the demographics
• Slides for each survey question and graphed results. Must use consistent system (bar graph, pie chart, etc.)
• Conclusion slide(s): Summarize and interpret your results.
• Reflection slide(s): What would you change? Which results were surprising? k Provide a hard copy on the day of your presentation. 

  Use Google Forms to collect your survey answers.

• After you create your form check here for collect and look at the responses.

  Use Google Presentation, Keynote or Powerpoint for your presentation. Be sure to include the graphics from your google form summary on your slides and use the 4x6 rule for presentations.
