G.R.A.P.E.S. of Civilization: GRAPES Religion

Research guide supporting the GRAPES Country Portfolio project for S.S. 7

Pre-Research

Step 1: Research

The photo gallery helps identify religious "tourist" sites.

The Religion section provides a pie chart of religions practiced.

You will find religion in most countries under the People and Culture section. Images of religious sites are often included.

Use the table of contents and the find-on-page feature. In addition to religions, consider the following keywords, which may be connected to religion:

culture, people, art, holidays, and festivals

Step 2- Write your script.

Step 3: Add slides to your Canva Presentation

Slide Requirements:

Slide 1- Religion Overview- Include a religion title (can be a variation/creative) and at least one graphic that reflects the most common religions or practices.

Slide 2- Attractions- Include a title, and a minimum of two images reflecting your chosen tourist attractions. Include a caption under each image. (Optional- Create two separate slides, one for each attraction.)
